Wahai teman, ingatlah ketika musibah dan bencana datang silih berganti menimpa dikau, berzikirlah kepadaNya, sebutlah namaNya, mohonlah pertolonganNya, dan mintalah jalan keluar daripadaNya! Tundukkan wajah untuk mengkuduskan namaNya demi mendapatkan mahkota kemerdekaan dariNya!

Lekatkan hidungmu pada tempat bersujud kepadaNya agar memperolehi keselamatan! Angkatlah kedua tangan dikau, bukalah kedua telapak tgn dan perbanyakkan memohon kepadaNya, dan jgnlah sesekali engkau bosan dan putus asa memohon kepadaNya, dan jgn pula engkau berpaling dari depan pintunya! Harapkanlah kelembutan kasih sayang dariNya, nantikan pertolonganNya, nyaringkanlah suara dikau tatkala menyebut namaNya, dan selalulah berbaik sangka kepadaNya.

Curahkanlah seluruh waktu dikau untukNya dan beribadatlah kepadaNya dgn tekun dan istiqamah agar dikau mendapat kebahagiaan dan kemenangan...
